As a cardiologist, can I bill an attendance item when I am acting as the surgical assistant for an interventional cardiology case?

Context

I am a cardiologist. Sometimes I assist at interventional cardiology procedures and claim the assisting item 51303. However, every time I co-claim item 110 it is rejected but I think I should be able to claim it. How do I get around this or what other item can I claim?
