Can Category 1 Professional Attendance items (e.g., 104, 105, 110, 116) serviced by a registrar, be billed ‘on behalf of’ a specialist or consultant physician if the supervising provider is directly involved in discussion regarding treatment plan but does not physically attend to the patient?
