This course describes the skills and knowledge required to research information about compliance and ethical practice responsibilities, and then develop and monitor policies and procedures to meet those responsibilities. This course applies to people working in roles with managerial responsibility for legal and ethical compliance in small to medium sized healthcare organisations. There may or may not be a team of workers involved.

The course is based on the unit of competency CHCLEG003 and follows the learning outcomes associated with that unit.

IMPORTANT: While this course is based on the unit of competency of CHCLEG003, AIMAC is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). If you need to obtain a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for CHCLEG003, you should undertake this course through an RTO.
