Can a nurse practitioner in a Residential Aged Care Facility obtain an enduring assignment of benefits from patients?

Context

I am a nurse practitioner, working in a Residential Aged Care Facility. Recently, there was some upheaval around the assignment of benefit (AoB) for consults provided by GPs in RACFs. Due to the difficulty regarding obtaining consent, Medicare then allowed 'enduring' AoB for GPs until mid-2027. Can you please clarify what the current arrangement is for Nurse Practitioners in RACFs for the Assignment of Benefit. Do we need to have consent for each consult we do (which, in reality, is extremely hard to do as majority of patients can't provide consent, and next of kin is difficult to contact at best), or can we also have an 'enduring consent' for AoB like general practitioners?
