MBS ANSWERS

Can MBS items 60000, 60012 or 600024 be claimed when using digital subtraction angiography in connection with spinal pain intervention procedures?

Context

We were asked: With respect to x-ray guided precision spinal pain intervention procedures whether for diagnosis or therapy, such as facet joint, medial branch nerve, or epidural injections, do DSA items 60000, 60012, and 60024 and the subsequent related item numbers (for additional 'acquisition runs') allow for spinal procedures? Cervical 60000 is vague enough ('head and neck') that it may, but does 'thorax' or 'abdomen' (usually referring to the respective cavities?) specifically allow for SPINE?
