Can a nurse practitioner who also holds separate provider numbers as a dietitian and diabetes educator, discuss dietary matters with a patient in a consultation for which a nurse practitioner item is claimed?

Context

I'm now endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner. I'm just in the process of applying for my new provider numbers etc. I already hold qualifications (and provider numbers) as a Dietitian and Credentialled (Nurse) Diabetes Educator (CDE). My question: I understand that to claim a Medicare rebate for my patients as a nurse practitioner, I need to be able to demonstrate doing NP things in my notes, for the time being claimed. My grey area - if I talk about dietary things in my consult - which is pretty typical already as a CDE, can I justify that as part of my advanced scope as an NP, or do they have to be separate things? Of course, where I'm referred a patient and it's purely dietetics, that would be claimed accordingly.
