Can a paediatrician working in the same UCC as a GP claim an initial referred attendance on the same day the GP claimed an attendance?

Context

If a GP refers a patient to a paediatrician working within the same urgent care clinic for a second opinion or for assessment and management of a more complex case, can the paediatrician bill a specialist consultation item (e.g. 110/116) on the same day as the GP attendance, provided the referral and specialist assessment are appropriately documented?
