What exactly does the term “including all associated intraoperative imaging” refer to with regards item 38376?

Context

What is the MBS definition of "intraoperative imaging" and what exactly does the term "including all associated intraoperative imaging" refer to with regards to item 38376. Is this an exclusion of co-claimed items relating to image intensifier use only, or more broadly anything that could be seen as "imaging". In particular does this exclude the use of 55054 (real time ultrasound guidance) related to percutaneous implantation of the device or 55129 or 55118 (TTE/TOE) used to position the device and check for complications. Further would the latter two be excluded if they are performed by a different provider, not the proceduralist.
