Our patients are socially disadvantaged and take a long time to see. Many of the consults our GPs do are long - item 44. It would help the practice financially if we also routinely billed a care plan (either MHTP or CCMP) for every patient. Our GPs don't do this at the moment because they say that not every patient needs one. Can we bill a care plan for every patient? They are all socially disadvantaged with multiple health problems.
