Can we use a figurehead billing model for supervised services that a nurse administers? Our organisation provides various mental health treatments. These are low risk but do require supervision under Medicare item number rules. We have robust supervision processes and systems in place. But we have heard that these can all be billed under one of the psychiatrist's provider number. Is that correct?
