Can a nurse practitioner be the supervising practitioner for a nurse who is providing patient-end support during a telehealth consult in a RACF?

Context

Sometimes there are no GPs available but we do have nurse practitioners onsite at our RACF. When a patient is having a telehealth consult with a specialist and a registered or enrolled nurse is providing the patient-end support, can the nurse practitioner act as the supervising practitioner so we can claim item 10983?
