I am a specialist emergency physician (FACEM) and the owner of a GP clinic. I am considering working in the practice seeing non-referred patients and billing non-VR GP attendance items (e.g. 52, 54, 57), particularly during periods when VR GPs are on leave. I would be grateful for clarification on whether this is permissible.
